Reservation Procedure & Cancellation Policy:
| To reserve L'Expatisserie, we require a deposit of 25 euros in the form of a personal cheque in euros. |
| The remaining balance may be paid in cash in euros or by personal cheque. |
| Bookings, either verbal or via email or in writing, represent a legal contract, which must be honoured by both parties. |
| In case of cancellation, we should be grateful for as much notice as possible. |
| Deposits will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let. |
| If a firm booking is cancelled within a period of less than 48 hours of agreed arrival date, we reserve the right to charge for the first night's accommodation unless the accommodation is re-let. |
| In the event of a "non arrival", we reserve the right to charge the whole amount due. |

Terms and Conditions:
* Unless agreed, rental periods are weekly, from 4.00 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday.
* Pets by arrangement.
* We have a No Smoking policy in the villa.
* Neither sheets nor linen are provided.
* Guests are expected to leave the property clean and in the same condition in which it was found. Any damage or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit mentioned below.
Reservation Procedure & Cancellation Policy:
*To reserve No 13 Les Barcarelles, we require a refundable deposit of 250 €uros in the form of a personal cheque in €uros. Should the property suffer damage or require cleaning to maintain appropriate standards, these costs will be deducted from the deposit. Cleaning will be charged at cost at 50 €uros.
* Full payment by cheque in €uros must be received a minimum of one month before the rental period.
* Bookings, either verbal or via email or in writing, represent a legal contract, which must be honoured by both parties.
* Any cancellation notified less than one month before the rental period will result in the forfeiting of the deposit.
